Professor of the Department of Personality Psychology, Deputy Head of the Department of Personality Psychology, the Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University. 

Corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Education (2010). Recipient of the Russian Federation Government award for Education (2010). Awarded the gratitude of Minister of Communication and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (2010). Awarded the medal of K.D. Ushinsky (2011) for many years of productive work in the field of education.

Many years of  experience in conducting field psychological, ethno-sociological and cross-cultural studies; organized the first psychological aid service for forced migrants and refugees from non-CIS countries; experience in organizing psychological aid for victims in critical emergencies; developing and training tolerance, intercultural competence, xenophobia prevention, reducing aggression and resolving conflicts.
