Doctor of Psychology, professor, Chairman of the specialized dissertation council on social psychology, developmental psychology and acmeology at Moscow State University. 

Member of the ISSBD (International Society for the Behaviour Development Studies) and RPA. Recipient of the Lomonosov Award for pedagogical work. Recipient of the Russian Federation Government Award for Education. Awarded the medal of K. D. Ushinsky.

Author of more than 100 research papers, including 14 monographs and teaching aids on personality development in childhood and adolescence, the development of self-concept and self-awareness, moral development, the psychology of family relations, diagnosis and correction of child-parent relations, age-psychological counselling, mental development correction in children.
