Area of competence includes the issues of cooperation between Russia and UNESCO in the field of education (the  UNESCO Assisted Schools project, UNITWIN / UNESCO Department, pre-school programmes, professional and technical programmes, inclusive education programmes, education for sustainable development, etc.)
