Leading researcher of the Department of Personality Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University.  Acting head of the social and economic psychology laboratory at the Psychology Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences. Doctor of Psychology (2015), professor,  Russian Academy of Sciences. Teacher of MBA, DBA and EMBA programmes in business schools, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, MGIMO and the Higher School of Economics.

Research interests: the connection between an individual and a group to the collective past, present and future, group psychology, the psychology of xenophobia, collective fears and global risks. Expert in the field of managing change, developing management teams, technologies for analyzing joint experience and sharing knowledge, corporate foresight. Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP).
